Do bind on account items work for another server as in am i able to send an item i got on one server that is bind on account to another server no matter what side it is?

You can never transfer from one faction to another (currently at least). The only way to get a BOA item to another server is by transferring a character with a BOA item to another server and mailing it to another character...
