Adding a friend who has an unactive account for free
I have a friend who has an unactive account but is unsure wether or not he would like to start again. Is there a recruit a friend that i could do for him? Or does he have to reactivate and pay?

I think he would have to reactivate to play again, I believe recruit a friend is for new accounts only.
