If U Abandon a Quest like a totem quest can u get it back>?

I broke my Wotlk cd and my internet is working fine but when i bring up my WoW launcher it says internet is not responding and it will not let me download the patch. Without downloading the patch I am not allowed to use WoW on this computer.

at lvl 20 you are able to go on the to get your saccubus for a warlock. in order to do that you need to got into the barrons which is compleatly surrounded by high lvl horde. what is the easiest way to complete this quest
